Job Description - Technical support Executive JKB Infotech - Gurgaon, Haryana
- Application is a desktop and web application and associated support issues.
- Tasks are handled via incoming calls, chats, E-mails and Facebook support.
- Periodic checks and follow ups on cases raised and taking them to closure.
- Ensuring accuracy of documentation of the issue mentioned in the customer contact and also accurate STR (Steps to reproduce) are mentioned in the ticket.
- Role also defines resolving hardware issues and basic website updating knowhow.
- 0-1 years of experience in Customer Support
- Ready to work completely in NIGHT SHIFTS (PST time zone).
- Prior experience with Service desk, application support, website support or ISP support.
- Male candidates preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Past experience should have worked in a call taking process.
